About Collin

I grew up in Mississauga. I first picked up a guitar in 1996 and haven't put it down since. While I was originally self taught, I have since studied music through The National Guitar Workshop and earned a college diploma from Metal Works Institute of Sound and Music Production. I've learned a lot from playing music in bands, having played gigs across Canada. I also work as a recording engineer, and have produced albums for a diverse range of artists. I began teaching guitar lessons in 2003 through the Mississauga Academy of Music and later began my own private tutoring business, most recently making the switch to online guitar lessons.
